Cullen Wayne does not accept refunds. 

We only issue store credit/exchange for replacement items that you can request from us if you are unsatisfied with an order.

Additional costs

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order, including return shipping for the item, as well as for the replacement item. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns.

 If there are issues or damages with your item upon receiving, we will be happy to resolve it for you.
